Welcome to iSportek.ai. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the iSportek.ai website, our suite of mobile applications (including Cricket Radio and all future sports application releases), and related services (collectively, the 'Services').

1. Eligibility and Accounts

  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services.
  • Registration: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining your account credential confidentiality.
  • Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violating these Terms.

2. Intellectual Property and Content Restrictions

  • No User Content: Our Services do not permit users to post, upload, publish, or generate content.
  • Our Property: All software, code, designs, text, AI-generated stories, audio commentary, custom data fields, proprietary data compilations, database arrangements, and API structures belong exclusively to iSportek.ai and are protected by international copyright, database rights, and intellectual property laws.
  • Limited License: We grant you a personal, non-exclusive license for non-commercial use only.
  • Scraping Prohibited: You may not copy, harvest, crawl, or scrape our data feeds, custom fields, user interfaces, or AI content via any automated or manual means for any purpose whatsoever, including commercial use, non-commercial use, research, or database creation.
  • AI Restraints: You may not use our proprietary data or content to train competing machine learning models.

3. Data Sources and AI Disclaimer

  • Data Sourcing: Our real-time scores, statistics, and game data are powered by licensed third-party data feeds provided by Sportradar, supplemented by proprietary data fields created and curated by iSportek.ai.
  • Data Attribution: All Sportradar data elements remain the intellectual property of Sportradar and its league suppliers. All additional, custom, or supplemental data fields created by our platform are the exclusive intellectual property of iSportek.ai.
  • Entertainment Only: AI-generated stories and audio commentaries are generated by artificial intelligence and provided for entertainment purposes only.
  • No Liability: We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any sports data, custom fields, or AI commentary.

4. Fees and Subscriptions

The primary features of our Services are currently provided to you free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce fees, premium tiers, or paid subscription models for any current or advanced features in future updates. If we introduce paid elements, any pricing and specific billing terms will be clearly disclosed to you prior to purchase.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Services to:

  • Violate any local, state, national, or international law.
  • Reverse-engineer or disrupt the infrastructure of our website or apps.
  • Use automated systems (bots, spiders, scrapers) to extract data.
  • Attempt to bypass any security features or content filters.
  • Access, tamper with, or use our backend application programming interfaces (APIs), server endpoints, or non-public areas of the Services through any software or interface other than the officially distributed iSportek mobile application.

6. Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the website, applications, or services at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, created legal risk for iSportek.ai, or interfered with the operational integrity of the platform. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising out of your use of the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which iSportek.ai operates, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action or proceeding related to the Services must be brought exclusively in the courts located within our primary operating jurisdiction.

8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

  • "As Is" Basis: The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
  • Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, iSportek.ai is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your app use or data inaccuracies.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page or via an in-app notification. Your continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
